Chet has been a IT/Telecom industry entrepreneur since 1986 and has a keen professional interest in developing database solutions to help businesses and consumers sort through the maze of IT/Telecom options. During his 30+ years in the IT/Telecom industry, Chet has worked with some of the nation’s largest service providers including Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and BellSouth to help them design innovative systems solutions for sales and marketing management, complex voice and data network design systems, and operations performance management. Chet has also authored a book entitled Negotiating Telecommunications Contracts and taught two popular college courses on the telecommunications industry at the University of California, Irvine; Engineering Extension. He graduated from UCLA. Chet serves as a Trustee of the William & Mary Foundation in Williamsburg, VA.

George started his entrepreneur career in 1997 when he acquired John Richard Associates (JRA) and then acquiring Fortune Consulting in 2010. His prior experience in first learning technology and growing his experience base to the point where he was able to apply this experience to help organizations shape and manage both small and large Telecom IT enterprises. George’s career illustrates a series of engagements in managing technology transitions, the best example being the global IT/Telecom management for Barclay’s Bank where he oversaw the annual budget of $350m. Over his career, George has facilitated numerous management seminars to various business verticals and to public organizations such as; the New York State Association of City Administrators and the American Association of Airport Executives.

Sri started her career in applications development in Java in 1993 and has been with TeleBright since 2001. Initially, she led the development of Pricing and Network Design Assistant (PANDA) project for BellSouth and managed it for 11 years. She also became a founder and the critical leader of our flagship ManageRight product – managing it from initial system architecture through to delivering the customer satisfaction today. She works tirelessly with her team of programmers, QA testers, contractors, and the Operations team serving our customers. She manages our product innovations from initial design and the development of features compliment to reports outputs.

Dave has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial management of telecommunications and information systems with a focus on identifying and implementing customized cost reduction solutions. Mr. Baldwin works with clients in many industries including healthcare, banking/financial services, and higher education. Delivering $500M+ in savings to our clients, Mr. Baldwin has built long term client relationships based on his deep understanding of their specific environment and attention to client specific detail. As a key player in our ongoing expense management service, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for providing these clients with ongoing optimization recommendations that allow them to keep pace with their changing needs and the evolving telecommunication landscape.

Roger has over 25 years of experience in the technical and financial management of telecommunications and information systems. Mr. Stryker’s experience includes detailed auditing and optimization of voice/data communications network facilities, contract analysis and negotiation, PBX/Cloud design, procurement, and implementation support. Mr. Stryker also provides tactical and strategic planning support to clients seeking to totally redesign their telecommunications infrastructure. Mr. Stryker also has significant experience in optimizing our client’s mobility and wireless service levels and contract terms.

Julie serves on corporate boards for public and private companies. Previously, she served as TeleCorp PCS’s (TLCP) Chief Operating Officer from July 1998 to February 2002. She has held many leadership positions at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) over an eighteen-year career as President of Bell Atlantic Mobile and as CEO of Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services. Julie earned a B.S. from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ray is a Partner at Arlington Capital Partners in Washington DC and Chairman of Rothschild North America, Inc. Ray also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic (BEL) where he transformed the company from a regional telephone operation into a global telecommunications leader. Before being appointed Chairman and CEO, Ray served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer as well as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also held senior management positions at AT&T and Bell of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Ray graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. and from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned an MBA.

Drew has over 35 years of management, corporate, consulting and investment experience. He currently owns and operates The Rockham Companies which have over 40 restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic region and he runs a private equity fund, Ockham Capital.

Prior to that, he helped start the buyout fund Arlington Capital, where he worked for a decade, was the CEO of VIPC, a broadband communications consulting company, and was the Worldwide Finance Manager of ASK Computer, a $400 million software company. Drew has served on the Boards of ten companies. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and earned an MBA from Duke University.

Rich is President of Bove & Associates, a financial services firm (tax and investment matters) based in Los Angeles. He is also General Partner of Bartol Family Capital Partners, an investment fund. Rich is an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant.
